A thrilling new commission by Penguin Books
Not to write a book, but to build a microsite launching a new series of thrillers by highly acclaimed author Nicci French. Turned around on a tight schedule to meet publishing deadlines, the new website features blogs and videos.
The relentless advance of eBooks, coupled with ever more competitive conditions in the book-publishing industry, mean that nothing can be left to chance when launching a new series of books. Of course, the internet has its role to play and Redwing have been commissioned by Penguin Books to relaunch the website for thriller writer Nicci French (actually two people – Nicci Gerrard and Sean French). Their website niccifrench.co.uk was completely reskinned to announce the forthcoming "Blue Monday” series, with new graphics related to the offline campaign, and enhanced video content. As usual with our websites the site is fully content-managed using our own SM1 CMS.
