We are committed to building websites which are as reliable and easy to use as possible. This commitment extends beyond the launch of the website to our hosting and support services.
When we've completed websites they are invariably hosted by us, on our own servers. Located in a secure hosting facility, these servers are net-connected with a bandwidth far in excess of their normal requirement, and easily capable of handling the traffic spikes our clients experience. The servers sit behind security firewalls – we rigorously implement security and other software patches to ensure ensure data security and integrity, and to maintain server performance. The databases supporting the websites are continuously backed-up, and the servers are monitored constantly for performance and availability to the internet. Work to rectify any failure is commenced immediately it is notified.
Our support service ensures that our clients get help as quickly as possible. Website assistance is available Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.00, and if a technical issue does arise we connect our clients – immediately if possible – to a developer who can address the problem straight away.
