How do GPs keep abreast of new and constantly changing medical knowledge which enables them to provide the best possible advice? How do they network and share ideas with other GPs? GP Update was created to do this and supply practising GPs with the latest clinical advice. Redwing developed a sophisticated, highly secure website through which delegates from surgeries large and small can make course bookings, as well as generating their offline advertising.

In 2013 we were commissioned by GP Update to create a complete online Continuous Professional Development system. This involved considerable research into the appraisal and revalidation process which GPs are now required by law to undertake.

Our aim was to create a website that would enable GPs to maintain their professional practice and meet the demands of the new legislation in an exciting, intelligent and highly intuitive format – GPs are incredibly busy people and don't have the time to figure out how things work. Within a few months of its launch, the website had five times more registered users than its nearest comparable competitor.
