Adrian Hart

Managing Director

With a background in branding and corporate communications, Adrian founded Redwing in 2001 alongside Richard. As an introduction to Redwing, Adrian leads the initial conversations where the project is scoped and budgeted. Adrian retains top-level oversight of the project lifecycle beyond this point.

Richard Hallman

Technical Director

Alongside Adrian, Richard leads the Redwing development team and oversees the technical direction of the company. Richard was involved in some of the UK’s first eCommerce websites in the mid-1990s and his lateral thinking contributes to our ethos of solving complex challenges quickly and effectively.
